have various programs to help newspapers collect on past due subscriber
accounts while, at the same time, re-starting the subscriptions. Programs
are available to work with existing customers just prior to being stopped
for non-payment or to contact them just after being cancelled. In either
case, our main focus is to smooth over any past problems, re-sell them
on the value of newspaper readership, and get them committed to continue
or re-start the newspaper.
