Another solid year in the books for the Memphis account. The account has been an order writing machine the last few years and with the strong core group they have in place, it should remain that way for many years to come. Hats off to Carl Coglaiti and his management staff of Gina, Charles, and Shane Coglaiti that keep the account of all the superstar sales reps rolling.
About 6 months ago, Carl partnered with the New Orleans account where he and Gina have spent a lot of time there and brought some key people from the Memphis account to help in growing New Orleans. By doing so, many people in Memphis have had to take on more responsibility and were given promotions. Shane and Charles Coglaiti were appointed Co-Assistant Account Managers. They have done an outstanding job dealing with the newspaper and managing the sales crews. This was also a great time to promote Ronnell Lawson to Crew Manager. Regarded as the best sales rep in the company, he is doing a fine job holding up his new position. Superstar sales rep Clint Williams was promoted to Assistant Crew Manager. Clint says he understands and appreciates the time and effort the Memphis Account requires him to put in before he obtains crew manager status. He knows he will be a more successful manager by doing so and is committed to work hard to achieve the next level in the next couple of years.
The Memphis account would also like to recognize Lauren Flick for her outstanding work ethic. For her first year here with CMI, she reached Presidents Club. Her performance clearly indicates her willingness to dedicate longer hours then most others and knows that her hard work is a great example to the other new crew managers.
The newspaper appreciates all the staff in Memphis and their effort and commitment. Carl and Gina would also like to thank everyone for continuing to build loyalty within the account which has produced a solid long term relationship with the newspaper.
